B2B CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ONLY

1. Custom Products

Because our stainless steel cabinets and worktables are custom-made to your specific dimensions, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Quality Claims

If products arrive with defects (e.g., wrong grade of steel or size tolerance exceeding ±0.5mm), claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic and video evidence.

3. Shipping Damage

HPT uses reinforced wooden crates for all export orders. If external packaging is damaged upon arrival, please document it before signing the delivery receipt to facilitate insurance claims.
